        • engine is running and contains a lot of data (at least 1000 process instances)
        • Optimize is configured to connect to the engine
      • when:
        • I start Optimize and with it the import
      • then:
        • The import does periodically an unnecessary backoff, which is resulting in a very long import time
      • expected:
        • the import works without problems
