Reproduce:

• Deploy a process model with no definition name into the engine
• Wait until the process is imported into Optimize
• Try to create a new report / new dashboard/ add data source to collection / add definition source to a report from inside the report builder

Observed:

• Optimize crashes due to the null definition name

Expected:

• The key of the definition is display instead of the name
• Null values are gracefully handled
