Context:

We do not yet have a data generation job for zeebe data. We need this data for other jobs, in particular the zeebe import performance one.

• We have a zeebe data generation job
• This data can be used for zeebe import performance jobs
• Ideally, this job has parameters we can set for:
  • amount of zeebe partitions
  • amount of instances
