User Story
As a collection manager
I want to share an entity with another collection
So that I can grant access to multiple user groups
PM Notes (Customer requests, context, assumptions)
- The current workflow is to copy the entity into another collection, but this doesn't incorporate changes
Solution Definition
Solution Ideas
- Create a new Collection
- Can lead to proliferation of collections, even if they're hidden
- Copy and link, with a refresh/update option (like copying a slide across presentations in Google Slides)
- Give a single grant to a group of users (like sharing a Google Sheet)
