      Brief summary of the bug. What is it ? Where is it ?

      Heatmap tooltips overlap.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a Flow Node - Count view, grouped by Flow nodes heatmap report
      2. Enable "Show Absolute value" and "Show Relative Value based on process instance count"
      3. Disable one of the tooltips 

      Actual result:

      When one is disabled, it is overlapped and stays in the background.

      Expected result:

      It should work correctly.
