Description
Brief summary of the bug. What is it ? Where is it ?
When the Optimize session cookie of a user expires the user is redirected to the login page of optimize without the clusterId being part of the URL, leading to a 404 error page.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Optimize on any cluster
2. Wait for the session timeout to hit (60 minutes)
3. Interact with Optimize

4. You will get redirected to https://bru-2.optimize.camunda.io/login?error#/dashboard/b6b84163-0fc8-4085-b47f-da16cae22fa5/
Expected result:
5. A new session should get created
Hint:
From my understanding we need to change the behaviour of the frontend here when it receives a 401 from the backend. Ideally we trigger a page refresh which will reinitialise the OAuth login flow.
