Process reports should be measurable as a % of the total instance count. For this, we need to add a new view property for instance reports, percentage.

ATs:

• Add new percentage view measure for process instance reports
• Process instance reports can be view as percentage/grouped by none/distibuted by none
• When an instance or flow node date filter is applied to such a report, the total count is also reduced to reflect this
• Other filters should not affect the baseline counts
