Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation): Optimize content in docs.camunda.org should link to redirected page on docs.camunda.io so if redirects fail or if someone tries to update the docs, they see the new home for this content.

I also updated all the front matter/metadata to include that these docs are for 3.7 and earlier to hopefully reduce confusion for anyone coming in from Google search or even GitHub.
