    Description

      There are 2 changes in the Optimize codebase

      1. (MH) Merge the 2 existing files (License Non Production and License Enterprise) into a single license.txt file with text in the linked document
      2. (MH) License.txt file is included in both the production and demo distribution of Optimize
      2. (SH) Find-replace the existing text
