Reproduce:
- Create a process report based on the "number: process instance duration" template
- Open the measure aggregation popover, add other aggregation such as "max"
- Now switch the measure from 'duration' to 'count'
- Open the configuration popover
Observed:
The goal configuration options are not visible
Expected:
The goal configuration options should be visible since the count report is only a single measure and single aggregation report.
