Editing existing alert percentage value always comes 100%

      When editing the existing alert, the percentage always comes 100% .

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a report (Process Instance - Percentage)
      2. Create an alert 
      3. Edit existing alert

      Actual result:

      Alert percentage value comes 100%.

      Expected result:

      It should be the value we set it before.
