Description
We recently added the process goals page, which shows the list of processes and their evaluation result indicators. This is a potentially expensive request and the BE evaluation even depends on partitioning. We should therefore also add performance tests to make sure that processes with goals set can be fetched within a reasonable time. This is not a paginated endpoint.
We need to decide what a reasonable number of reports to be fetched is too
Justification:
It is currently unclear how this endpoint performs with lots of processes. Given that we intend to add more data to this response this quarter, having confidence in its performance is import for us
