      When deploying Optimize in Cloud mode the login redirect is caught in an endless loop.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Start Optimize in cloud mode with a cluster id configured
      2. Access localhost:9090/<clusterId>

      Actual result:

      Expected result:
      should work
