Investigate why ITs timeout when testing with Cam BPM 7.17.0

      Since we ran our ITs against the recent 7.17.0 release we had IT stage deadlock situations that lead to an overall job timeout.

      Observations:

      • it works fine when testing againast 7.15/16 fo the engine with the same optimize artifact
