    Description

When impoting customer onboarding process instances to Optimize, we store data which lack incidents. For the purpose of having a complete data, we need to enrich the data set with incidents.

      AT:

      • The customer onboarding data has incidents
      • There are ITs to verify this behavior

      PM Notes:
The Performance Overview dashboard template contains 4 incident-based reports.
The incident should take somewhere between 30 minutes and 2 days to resolve
All downstream flow node start/end dates must be shifted (since it's the first node, ALL flow node dates should be shifted)
Process end time should also be shifted
I plan on replacing the first report (Active Incidents) with "Incident-Free Rate", so we don't need to know about active incidents. The target score is somewhere between 88%-92% (so 8-12% of PIs have incidents)
The bottom 3 reports include heatmaps and distribution over time. It would be interesting to show where the incidents occur. At minimum, there must be 1 flow node with incidents. Ideally, there should be 1-3 flow nodes that have incidents at different rates and durations so we can find out the worst option.
At minimum, the incident handling should show a distribution of duration and count. Ideally, there should be improvements over time - there should be fewer incidents with shorter durations
