As part of the above repository, we publish helm charts for the cloud products. It is missing an Optimize chart. We should add a new Optimize chart for this. I believe that we will soon broadcast helm charts as a suggested CCSM deployment option, so this is aligned with company goals too.

In addition, infra might reuse the chart in the context of their work in ArgoCD for deployable branches in future.
