User Story
As a process owner
I want an HTML-formatted email
So that I can easily comprehend my process status
Use Cases
- (MH) Show current KPI value
- (MH) Show target KPI value
- (MH) Directly access Optimize
- (SH) Show KPI value from previous process digest
PM Notes (Customer requests, context, assumptions)
- We should apply the standard Camunda HTML format
- It may be tricky to compare the KPI value to the previous period. We can simplify evaluating the previous process digest data by asserting a frequency (e.g. weekly), but it may need to be configurable in the future
