Context:
If enabled, process digests are to be sent out to owners of processes regularly according to the scheduled interval via email. The email should contain information on all existing KPI reports for the respective process. For each report, the email should state the KPI target, the previous KPI status, the current KPI status and whether the target is currently achieved. We can resuse the email configuration also used for alerts.
