C8 Raw Data Report in the Customer Onboarding data links to Cockpit

      On C8, the Cockpit link still exists. This should point to Operate, if possible

      Steps to reproduce:

      Create a raw data report in C8

      Actual result:

      Links to Cockpit

       

      Testing Notes:

      • New C8SaaS instances that use the customer onboarding data shouldn't have that data linked to cockpit in raw data reports
      • Nothing changes for existing instances

      Expected result:

      Disabled link or sends you to Operate
