- (MH) Users can set a number report (Process instance or incident) as a KPI
- (MH) KPIs are categorised as 'Time' or 'Quality' either by the user or automatically based on the report measure.
- (MH) Users can see an overview of KPI status across all processes
- (MH) Users can quickly check which KPIs have been met/not met
- (MH) Number reports with targets are set as KPIs by default, but this can be unselected
- (MH) If the saved report is edited or removed, this updates in the process list
- (NTH) Progress bars are coloured based on the status of the target & value
