Speed up the check for the onboarding trigger so that it can be shown in a demo

      During a demo, the following workflow should be possible:

      1. User creates process im Modeler
      2. User deploys instance in Modeler
      3. Instance gets completed
      4. Then, within a short period of time (up to 1min is acceptable), the onboarding process should be triggered and an e-mail should be sent

      Currently that is not possible, because we only check every 30min (minimal 60s) if an onboarding was triggered
