Description

I'm trying to minimize the number of steps a user has to take in order to create a dashboard.
Unless the user manually selects the template, the dashboard is called New Template.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a dashboard.
2. Don't select a template (use the default)
3. Create Dashboard
4. Create another dashboard
5. Select a different template
6. Create Dashboard
Actual result:
For steps 1-3, the dashboard is called "New Dashboard"
for steps 4-6, the dashboard is named after the template
Expected result:
Rather than setting the name when the template changes, set the name when the template is selected. This includes default templates.
