The report "Is my process within control?" shows 0wk on the y-axis, see

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start multiple long-running process instances that are running for ~2 weeks
2. Create a "Process performance overview" dashboard
3. Check the "Is my process within control?" report

Actual result:

On the y-axis, the report only shows the value 0wk

Expected result:

On the y-axis, the report shows the actual value, i.e., 0wk, 1wk, 2wk, ...
