KPI incorrectly shown as failed

      Context:
      The "Incident free rate" report (on analysis testing process) on stage is shown as a failed KPI on the processed page despite the value achieving the goal of >99%. Perhaps the check is not taking into account that the target is to achieve above 99% and not below?
