Document digest email feature

      Context:

      Once the first iteration is implemented, we should document the digest functionality.

       

      AT:

      • digest functionality is mentioned in docs (do we have docs on processes overview yet?), explained what info to expect (current value and target of KPI reports of given process)
      • docs mention which config fields are relevant for email sending (same as for alerts)
      • docs explain digest will be sent to owner of process only
      • docts explain digest frequency setting
      • docs mention digests are "beta" feature subject to changes/improvements
