Make GET process/overviews endpoint sortable by quality KPI

      At the moment the process overview endpoint is only sortable by owner and name. We want to extend the functionality so that we can sort by the quality kpi column.

      ATs:

      • We can sort in ASCENDING and DESCENDING order the quality kpi column
      • There are tests to verify this behavior
