When starting an optimize distribution, currently there is a message like "Starting Camunda Optimize 1.5.0". This does not indicate that Optimize actually has started.
We should:
- Give explicit feedback that Optimize started successfully
- Provide information how to access it (localhost and port)
- open a new browser tab with camunda optimize, similar to how we do it in the platform
