Context:

At the end of Q2 we are releasing the first preview release of Camunda Optimize.
In order to have a reference to guide stakeholders to to learn about the meaning of this type of pre-release version a new documentation page "Version Policy" should be added to our documentation.

• a new page exists in the documentation explaining the expected release cadence
