Fix UpgradeProcedureIT test for upgrading from previous patch version

      Context:
      When the previous version is a preview release, UpgradeProcedureIT.upgradeSucceedsOnSchemaVersionOfPreviousPatchVersion fails. We've disabled the test for now until fixed. See PR comment here: https://github.com/camunda/camunda-optimize/pull/4959#discussion_r915927238
