Adjust target unit for process overview KPI reports in UI

      Context:

      The KPI targets for time reports are currently displayed as ms. With OPT-6237 the BE now also returns the target unit, lets adjust the UI to use this returned unit instead of defaulting to ms.

      AT:

      • KPI reports on process overview page display correct target unit
