      Brief summary of the bug. What is it ? Where is it ?

      If any process has no instance, then no data is shown on the management dashboard even though some other definitions might have instances.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Deploy a diagram with name and ID, do not start an instance
      2. Go to management dashboard

      Actual result:

      Process with no instance breaks the management dashboard. 

      Expected result:

      Management dashboard should shows data.
