User Story
As an administrator
I want to run Optimize in C8SM mode behind a proxy/ingress controller in HTTPS mode
So that I can define path and/or the domain freely

Currently, the redirect URL in C8SM and C8SaaS mode is determined dynamically based on the current user request. However, the request may not reflect the protocol used in the proxy, depending on the setup. Thus, we need to make the redirect uri respect the protocol used in the proxy server for the OAuth authentication flow.
User Scenario
GIVEN Optimize is run behind an HTTPS proxy and the public URL is not transparent to the Optimize web server
MH WHEN a user logs in via OAuth
MH THEN the redirect URL in Optimize can be configured to make sure Optimize passes the correct protocol in the redirect url to the oauth provider
