Make scheduler interval externally configurable

    Description

      Currently our scheduler updates ES every 10 minutes. We want to make the scheduler configurable so that a user can choose the interval in which they wish the scheduler to refresh the report evaluation.

      Additionally a default configuration should be added also for the stage and the distro versions.

      ATs:

      • The scheduler can be externally configurable

      TEST INSTRUCTIONS:

      • As we cant test well enough this functionality through ITs we need to check manually that this functionality works. To do so we have to modify the value of the kpiRefreshInterval and make sure that after the given interval has passed the kpi values have been refreshed on the process page
