Context:

With OPT-6286, we're replacing the perdiodic digest frequency with a cronTrigger that can eg always send digest emails Mondays 9am. For now, this trigger will not be adjustable in the UI (instead, there will be a config field to define when all digest emails are sent). The digest UI needs updated accordingly. Documentation will be updated with a follow up (will do once this FE ticket is done so we can take a screenshot of the new UI)
