We currently list the supported ES versions as part of our C7 download documentation: https://docs.camunda.org/enterprise/download/#production-distribution-without-elasticsearch

However, our new supported environments matrix doesn't include ES: https://docs.camunda.io/docs/reference/supported-environments/#camunda-platform-7--optimize-version-matrix

As per this ticket: https://github.com/camunda/camunda-platform-docs/issues/1107

We should either:

• Direct the user from the download page to a single consolidated supported environments document
• Duplicate the information from the downloads page in the table on supported environments in the .io docs

ATs:

• Users accessing the io docs can easily see which versions of ES are supported with Optimize
• The Optimize release guide is updated to include updating the page incorporating the change made here
