Camunda Platform 8.1 adds a new feature: start a process instance at a user-defined element.

It should be possible to use Optimize to analyze process instances started this way.

We're still learning to use the PDP, and discovered that this should've actually been tested while the product hub issue was in the `Implement` phase. However, the issue was only considered to be a Zeebe topic. So, once Zeebe was finished the issue was moved to `Validate`.
