Document configurable environment variables for Optimize

      Now it is possible to partially configure Optimize using the environment variables. However, the names of those variables do not follow a specific pattern and are also not documented.

      AT:

      • Optimize documentation contains a section where the user can see which Optimize configuration property keys correspond to which environment variables that have to be set to override the value.
