Allow custom context path to be configured in Optimize

      The context path should be configurable and Optimize should respect this context path during normal operation and in any links shared{}

      Testing Notes:

      • Custom context path can be configured via the configuration file or via environment variable: CAMUNDA_OPTIMIZE_CONTEXT_PATH
      • Optimize works as expected when a custom context path is configured (smoke test generally)
        • Test report and dashboard sharing
      • This works with platform and CCSM modes
      • External API works when a custom context path is configured
      • Sharing works when a custom context path is configured
      • Alert emails contain the correct link when a custom context path is configured
      • Webhook emails contain the correct link when a custom context path is configured
      • Digest emails contain the correct link when a custom context path is configured
      • Onboarding emails contain the correct link when a custom context path is configured
      • Magic links work in the UI and via email links
      • Test that multiple subaths work, i.e. .../customContextPath/someOtherSubpath
