Setting Process Owner from Modeler no longer works

      Brief summary of the bug. What is it ? Where is it ?

      When a process is deployed in the web modeler, the web modeler calls a Public API from Optimize to set the process owner (Feature implemented with OPT-6254). This was working in the previous release and is no longer working now. The modeler is getting a 302 redirection to the login page
