Spike how we can integration test Optimize in different profiles

      Initially, we should spike what options we have regarding supporting ITs against Optimize running in different profiles. The outcome of the spike could be something like:

      • An audit of what behaviour is currently untested in CCSM and CCSaaS modes
      • Some options of how each could be tested (is Spring Boot giving us an easy option?)
      • Identify the most important logic that needs testing
      • Identify how we could mock some of the dependent services if needed (identity, for example)
