Allow customizing business-friendly alerts containing as much as possible context and information to enable the business to act.
User Stories
- (MH) As an administrator, I can configure the language of the alert.
- (MH) As a developer, I want to be able to define a free text message to provide context, links, and severity related to the alert
- (MH) As a developer, I want to use process variables in the alert message to provide further context to the user
- (NH) As a developer, I would like to be able to define a proprietary email template to align it, e.g., with my cooperative identity
