Running Optimize in https mode in C8SM

      Context: 

      For the upcoming security testing on 3.9.0 minor release, it would be better to run the Optimize in https mode in SM, currently it is running on http mode. To run in https mode;

      We need to configure these settings:

      container.ports.https : 8091
container.keystore.location : keystore.jks

      Testing Notes:

      • The following env vars should now be resolvable:
        • CAMUNDA_OPTIMIZE_CONTAINER_PORTS_HTTP
        • CAMUNDA_OPTIMIZE_CONTAINER_PORTS_HTTPS
        • CAMUNDA_OPTIMIZE_CONTAINER_KEYSTORE_LOCATION
        • CAMUNDA_OPTIMIZE_CONTAINER_KEYSTORE_PASSWORD
        • CAMUNDA_OPTIMIZE_CONTAINER_STATUS_CONNECTIONS_MAX
