Blank dashboard can not evaluate the KPI report

      Blank dashboard can not evaluate the KPI report after adding a blank report.

      Steps to reproduce:

      Create a blank dashboard 

      Add a blank report 

      Add another report with choosing KPI template 

      Actual result:

      Dashboard gives an error that "Couldn't evaluate report" 

      Expected result:

      It shouldn't gives an error. 

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
