Enable contextPath configuration for actuator endpoints

      Context:

      Currently, the custom contextPath config does not apply to the /actuator endpoints (prometheus and backup). We should look into adjusting the path for the actuator apis as well if a custom contextpath is configured.

       

      AT:

      • actuator endpoints use configured custom context path
      • if possible, ContextPathIT covers this api too
