We see the following message logged in SaaS environments:

10:25:34.225 [main] INFO  o.c.o.s.i.i.m.ExternalVariableUpdateEngineImportMediator - Engine 'optimize' could not be found in the configuration 

This is not expected as per the comment. Although it looks to be harmless, we should investigate to make sure there is no side effect for external variables and preferably fix the issue so we stop seeing this logged as well
