Increase timout for the resilience tests

      AT:

      • increase the timeout to 10 seconds for fetching the connection information in the ResilienceTest#waitUntilIsConnectedToElasticsearch Method.
      • Also log the error in case the connection information couldn't be fetched

      Background:
      When jenkins is slow the timout out might be reached and the tests become thus unstable (see here)
