Submenus of the dashboard date filter dropdown are not working

Steps to reproduce:

Create a new dashboard
Add a date filter
open the date filter dropdown
Hover over the "this" or "last" option to open the submenu

Actual result:

The submenu does not open

Expected result:

The submenus of the date filter dropdown open as expected
