Context:
When testing digests for the release presentation, we noticed the percentage of KPI reports having reached the goal was off. It was not clear what setup exactly triggered this, but it was a process with 2 quality KPI reports, one of which reached the goal and the other did not. The digest email however stated that "200%" of quality KPIs have reached their target.
