• When creating a report with a categorical group by, the bar chart should appear in the horizontal format.
• Multi aggregation/measure reports should be supported
• Decision reports should be supported (when grouping by input/output variables)

• Combined reports are not supported

• All the existing configurations should still work for horizontal bar charts
