AT:

• When opening the configuration popover on a bar chart report, i see a new switch that allows me to make the bar chart horizontal
• This option only exists for bar chart reports
• The option is enabled by default for categorical group by options (see epic for more info)
• enabling the option, flips the bar chart to be in a horizontal orientation.
• The new option is available everywhere except for combined reports
